TRAVEL CHANNEL POSTS A 15 PERCENT PRIME RATINGS INCREASE AMONG P25-54 IN MARCH
NEW YORK (April 1, 2016) - Travel Channel closed March 2016 on a high, with a 15 percent increase in its prime rating year-over-year among viewers P25-54. Tuesday and Wednesday nights delivered their highest-rated March in five years and saw double digit gains year-over-year: Tuesday prime was up 31 percent among P25-54 and Wednesday prime was up 64 percent. On Tuesdays at 9:00 p.m., "Bizarre Foods: Delicious Destinations" with culinary explorer Andrew Zimmern, rated 50 percent above its time slot's year-ago average for P25-54; while, "Expedition Unknown" with adventurer Josh Gates, on Wednesdays at 9:00 p.m.,rated 171 percent above its time slot's year-ago average for P25-54.
