In Late-Night Metered-Market Household Averages for Saturday night:
· "Saturday Night Live," with host Edward Norton and musical guest Janelle Monae averaged a 3.9/10 in metered-market households and a 2.1/10 in adults 18-49 in the Local People Meters. "SNL" was the #1 non-sports telecast of the night on the Big 4 networks in metered-market households and in adults 18-49 in the Local People Meters, topping all primetime entertainment programming on those networks last night.
Saturday Primetime Results:
· At 10 p.m. ET, a rebroadcast of "Saturday Night Live," with host and musical guest Miley Cyrus, (0.9/3, 2.5 million viewers overall) earned the top 18-49 rating for an "SNL" encore in this slot among three telecasts so far this season and is also the highest-rated "SNL" rebroadcast in the 10 p.m. time period dating back to April 20. From its first half-hour to its second, the 10 p.m. "SNL" encore grew in all key ratings categories, including gains of 13% in adults 18-49 (to a 0.9 rating from a 0.8), 33% in adults 18-34 (0.8 vs. 0.6) and 17% in total viewers (2.7 million vs. 2.3 million). The "SNL" rebroadcast tied CBS's original "48 Hours" and ABC's college football for #2 in the hour in adults 18-49, pending updates.
· At 8 p.m. ET, an encore "Grimm" averaged a 0.3/1 in adults 18-49 and 1.3 million viewers overall, and at 9, an rebroadcast of "The Blacklist" delivered a 0.5/2 in 18-49 and 2.4 million viewers overall.
