NATIONAL NIELSEN RATINGS FOR THE WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 6 - 12, 2010

Following the Labor Day holiday weekend, FOX placed a strong second this week with encores of HOUSE, GLEE and other favorites, as well as the penultimate episode of top-rated summer series MASTERCHEF and the season premiere of AMERICA'S MOST WANTED. To date, FOX remains the No. 1 broadcast network among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens this summer.

On Wednesday, MASTERCHEF led FOX to win the night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Women 18-49/18-34 and all key Male demos. FOX has ranked No. 1 on Wednesday nights for five weeks in a row, including each of the four weeks MASTERCHEF has aired.

· MASTERCHEF posted a 2.5/7 among Adults 18-49, its highest rated Wednesday performance ever in both Adults 18-49 and Total Viewers (5.8 Mil.)

· MASTERCHEF showed significant gains versus the previous week of +25% among Adults 18-49 (2.5/7 vs. 2.0/6) and +23% in Total Viewers (5.8 vs. 4.7 Mil.)

· Compared to its prior season average on Wednesdays so far this summer, MASTERCHEF showed increases of +19% among Adults 18-49 (2.5/7 vs. 2.1/7) and +18% in Total Viewers (5.8 vs. 4.9 Mil.)

Saturday's Season 24 premiere of AMERICA'S MOST WANTED posted a 1.3/4 and ranked No. 1 in its hour among Adults 18-34, Teens, Women 18-49/18-34/25-54 (tie).
